Pip Brigode, owner of Rolfe’s The Florist, Cardiff, for the last 4 years. An established florist for over 20 years currently employing 4 qualified florists and a balloon artist.

Pip graduated from Cambridge University in 1989, subsequently worked for Mott McDonald, engineering consultants, recruiting their graduate engineers. From there, worked with Boots the Chemist as a store HR manager, qualified with the Institute of Personnel and Development and was head hunted by ASDA.

Turning 40 decided she did not want to retire working for anyone else so bought Rolfe’s The Florist and then qualified in floristry with City and Guilds.

Rolfe’s has a great reputation and can list Brain brewery, Porsche, Ferrari and ING as just a few of their more prestigious clients. They pride themselves on delivering a tailored service.
